I have been a licenced real estate agent for 10 years, previously running a title searching business for 25 years. I have assisted in closing thousands of real estate deals on a multitude of levels. Giving me a vast knowledge of the properties in the Kawartha Lakes and surrounding area. I understand the pitfalls, challenges and excitement of buying and selling real estate. I will provide you with the attention and knowledge that real estate transactions need to be a success. 

Along with my family background of building  and renovating residential properties, I have flipped several homes and have acquired a significant understanding of the mechanics of home building renovations and the importance of maintenance.
